Makes two small loaves

For the pumpkin bread:
1 cup pumpkin puree
three Tbsp psyllium husk
6 Tbsp water
1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/four tsp ginger

For the frosting (non-obligatory):
