Motorcyclist killed in hit-and-run in Scarborough


The hunt is on for a hit-and-run driver after a 71-year-old man on a bike was struck and killed in Scarborough on Friday evening.

Toronto Police say the sufferer was driving a bike west on Brimorton Dr. when he was hit by a person driving a black Dodge Challenger north on Bellamy Rd. round 9 p.m.

Police say the motorcyclist was pronounced useless on the scene.

And the driving force of the Challenger fled the scene on foot.

Police later recognized Marc Laurin as a suspect within the lethal hit-and-run.

The Toronto man is needed for being unlawfully at giant, harmful operation of a motorcar inflicting demise and failure to cease after a collision.

The suspect is believed to be “violent and harmful,”

Laurin is about 5-foot-10, 160 lbs. with a medium construct, brief black hair and an unshaven face. He was final seen sporting a white T-shirt, darkish pants and a darkish blazer.
